Drivers license

So just got home after spending 5 hours at DMV renewing my license. WTF is up with that? Where is all our money go that we can't afford people to work at the drivers license office? Could it be in the new dodge chargers our state police are driving?

Start 2010 Running

Ok so its now February 2010 and I havent slowed down since January 3rd. It appears that work is coming out of no where, no resolution, and I havent promised I would stop doing anything. I have just not said no to any work and you would be surprised at the work that has been coming my way.it's great!!! I LOVE MY JOB!!!! So Good luck to you and your 2010 work load.

My Wifes Illness

So Get this…We have been to so many Dr’s and until we visited Duke we had no idea of what was causing the headaches. Migraine headaches are a terrible thing to be diagnosed with. So the Dr’s in Wilmington couldn’t figure it out. But Duke…Your going to love this. They took her off all the drugs that the Dr’s in Wilmington put her on trying to stop the headaches and told us we needed to visit our family Dr to get routine work done first. They gave her some new meds to try for the headaches. Well when we got to our Family Dr he referred us to a Arthritic Dr, who 1st thing did a complete blood work up. In the mail we received a prescription for Vitamin D 50,000 units of vitamin D to take for 9 weeks. After taking it for 1 day she was out of bed after being bed ridden for 14 days. Within 24 hours she was out of bed because of low vitamin D. whoda thunkit? After the 9 weeks of Vitamin D she was better but not. She started aching all over and couldn’t explain it. It started getting worse as time progressed. The Arthritic Dr started checking other symptoms that had started and was leaning towards Lupus. He said that the symptoms fit for the full fledge version of Lupus. Worried as we should be we decided to take it one day at a time. Reflect: My wife 42 working a full time job suffering from Migraines but working none the less a high paying position with Toyota. Now unemployed bedridden and suffering from extreme body pain. When visiting the DR again he took the time to speak with us and give us time to take in what he was suggesting. He had given my wife a brochure on fibromyalgia and after reading it we started seeing that it was what she may be suffering from. And the Dr agreed but still thought that the beginning stages of lupus was still in the recipe. Ok listen up here is where it gets good. When the Dr Snow is his name tell us the drugs taken for Fibromyalgia Linda and I look at each other with disbelief. Neuroten that was the drug the Duke Dr took her off of that was being used for Migraines. Seems this drug is also used for fibromyalgia. And she had been taking it for the last 2 years. Holly $#!@!! It is obvious that when she stopped taking Neuroten that her body started experiencing the effects of the disease. When she went back on the Neuroten she started feeling less and less body aches, her headaches have subsided somewhat (still there) but not as often. No cure as of yet but a year and ½ break through for us.

America After Election 2009

As well as the daily post on the blog you need to have a Face Book page. In todays economy you need what ever gets you in the eyes of the public. Business as usual is not business as usual in 2009 everybody is fighting for a job, to keep their homes, and to keep food on the table for their families. Families that have kids away at college are struggling and those that couldnt afford it are sending their kids to the local community college. After the presidential election of Obama we hope that all the issues that have been going on will soon come to an end. With the changes that Obama has put in place and all the things that will be put in place in the near future we still will have a lot of economic issues. It didnt take a year to create all these issues and it will take longer than a year to fix it. But does America have that long? Some families I saw today on HLN living in tents, and I thought we had issues with our finances. Some times we just dont stop and think how blessed we really are as compared to some

So where will you be in 5 years? I hope that in 5 years I can back off and spend much needed time with the family I have created. I have two teenage boys Shawn 17, and Johnathen 18, Two Girls one teenager Heather 15, and Angel 8 years of age. and a Wife I addore Linda whom is my backbone to lifes mysteries. We moved from the Randolph County area approx 1.5 years ago to live our dreams of someday returning to the beach atmosphere. Now Renting a 5 Br home in Beachwalk of Kure Beach were complete.
